it collects when you sign up or use ListingAnywhere.com's services.
Information We Collect and How We Use It
When you sign up with ListingAnywhere.com, we ask for your e-mail
address. The information are collected for the sole purpose of building member information
database and WILL NOT be used outside of ListingAnywhere.com.
When you add a new listing for sale or for rent, we ask you to provide the contact
person's name, phone number and email address. ListingAnywhere.com will forward
potential buyer/renter's question to the email address you provide for each
listing. We WILL NOT display your email address on our Web site
but we WILL display your contact name and phone number for each
listing in order for buyers/renters to contact you.
ListingAnywhere.com does not process or save your credit card information. Credit card
transaction is handled by a third party partner. For security reasons, ListingAnywhere
records your IP address every time you log in.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
ListingAnywhere.com displays listing seller's name and phone number so potential
buyers/renters can contact you.
ListingAnywhere.com DOES NOT share, lease or sell our member
information to anyone.
Cookies
ListingAnywhere.com sets and accesses cookies on your computer to identify membership
status.
Security
Your ListingAnywhere.com account is password-protected for your privacy and security.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
ListingAnywhere.com may change this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial
changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by posting

ListingAnywhere.com provides members with access to create and manage web-based home/property listings
on its web site. ListingAnywhere.com also provide serach listings information/function
to the public.
3. Your Obligations
By signing up for, and using ListingAnywhere.com's service, you agree to provide
correct membership information. You agree not to use this service to transmit messages
or information that is defamatory, threatening, unlawful or hateful. You agree that
ListingAnywhere.com does not pre-screen the contents of your Listings but shall have
the right to refuse or remove any Listings of which the contents are against its
policy. You agree that you must bear all risks associated with the use of this service.
You agree that ListingAnywhere.com may disclose contents of your survey if required
to do so under law.
4. Use and Storage of Service
Members are allow to create unlimited number of Listings as long as the status of
membership is maintained valid. Members can maintain up to four (4) Listings in
his/her account at any given time. You agree that ListingAnywhere.com has no responsibility
or liability for the deletion or failure to store any Listings
that are created
by you. You acknowledge that ListingAnywhere.com can
remove or disable expired membership accounts and delete all Listings under such accounts. You agree that ListingAnywhere.com reserves the right
to change these general practices anytime with or without notice to you.
5. Modification of Service
ListingAnywhere.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently,
all or any part of the service, with or without notice to you. You agree that ListingAnywhere.com
shall not be liable to you or to any other parties for discontinuance or interruptions
of all or any part of the service.
6. ListingAnywhere.com's Property Rights
You agree that the software programs used in connection with the service contain
proprietary and confidential information that is protected by intellectual property
and other laws. ListingAnywhere.com grants you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive
right and license to use its service. You agree not to copy, modify or reverse engineer
any program code. You agree not to use and access the service through any means
other than the interface provided by ListingAnywhere.com on its web site.
7. Warranties
You agree that you use the service at your own sole risk. The service is provided
on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ListingAnywhere.com makes NO WARRANTY that
(a) the service will be uninterrupted, secure, timely or error-free, (b) the service
will meet your requirements and expectations.
8. Liability
You agree that ListingAnywhere.com shall not be reliable for any damages or loss
resulting from (a) the ability or inability to use the service and/or (b) loss of
Listings.
9. Expiration of Property Listings
Property listings are expired six months after they are added if not updated.
