How does the listing work?

First, you need to sign up as a member in order to list a property by yourself. We collect your email
address to allow potential buyers to contact you. We won't show your email address
on our web site. When users request to contact you, we ask them to fill out their
request information through our custom contact form.

After you have completed the sign up, click to go to member home page. When you
are in member’s home page, you are able to add a new listing for sale , add
a new listing for rent, change your password and update your account.

- Now let’s add a new listing for sale. There are three steps (Step1: Property Information,
Step2: Property Feature, Step3: Upload pictures and owner’s information) for you
to enter your property information. It will take about 30 seconds to 2 minutes to
upload your pictures. To minimize the upload time, please resize your property pictures
to 640 pixels (width) X 480 pixels (height). ListingAnywhere.com provides you to
upload 12 pictures for each listing.

The steps to add a new listing for rent are very similar to listing for sale.
The only different is the listing price change to monthly rent.
After you finished for adding a new listing for sale or for rent, you can see
your summery listing information on your member home page.

You can modify the property information by click the edit button. The step1 and
step2 are similar to add a new listing. The difference is in step3, you should be
able to see pictures that you have uploaded them earlier when you added a new listing.
At this step/page, you will be able to zoom in or delete the pictures by click the
buttons for each individual picture.

When you have finished all update, you can click the print flyer button and you
will see a flyer format document. We suggest you to check the print preview under
the File menu bar on your browser before you print it.

How does the Search work?

At search result summary page, you can click view detail button for each listing

You may zoom in the pictures by click each individual picture on the buttom of the view detail page.
